  • 1. Account Creation: Begin your investment journey by signing up through our user-friendly Sign Up Page. This initial step allows you to establish your presence on our platform.


  • 2. KYC Verification: To ensure regulatory compliance and security, you can swiftly complete your digital Know Your Customer (KYC) process by uploading the necessary documents. Once your KYC is approved, your account will be fully prepared for investment.


  • 3. Property Selection: Explore our diverse range of properties, review their details, and decide on the number of tokens you'd like to purchase for a specific property. This step allows you to customize your investment to suit your preferences.


  • 4. Secure Payment: Complete the investment process by using our secure payment gateway. Once you've paid the final amount, tokens will be allotted to your account. You can conveniently monitor your investments within your personal dashboard.
PropFTX structures investments in a manner that ensures transparency and efficiency. For each asset, we establish a Specific Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which is a legal entity created solely for the purpose of owning and managing the asset. Investors become shareholders in the SPV, with their ownership proportionate to their contribution to the asset. PropFTX takes on the responsibility of managing the SPV and the underlying asset on behalf of the investors. The SPV typically takes the form of a private limited company, and each investor's stake is represented by digital tokens."
At PropFTX, we understand that flexibility is essential for our investors. To liquidate your investment you can sell the token via resale.

Resale: After an initial holding period of 180 days, a resale window opens. During this period, you can list your tokens at the prevailing market price. The market price is determined by our AI-driven valuation, providing a fair and market-driven exit strategy. Alternatively, you can list your tokens at a specific limit price. This allows you to set a price at which you're willing to sell, and interested buyers can acquire your tokens at this designated price. This method provides control and certainty over your investment liquidation."
When you invest in deals on PropFTX, you acquire ownership of digital tokens within your dashboard. These tokens hold tangible value as they are backed by real-world assets. Each token you possess represents an ownership stake in the Specific Purpose Vehicle (SPV) associated with the investment. In essence, you become an equity shareholder in the SPV, with your ownership stake represented by these digital tokens. This ownership structure ensures that you have a direct and tangible connection to the underlying real estate assets, providing transparency and security for your investment."
